Okay so I know this is overly ready to be placed in a planter. I’m ready nervous, this is by far my favorite and I don’t want to send it into shock. My question is leave it water in a larger container, plant it in leca or in soil. I kinda want to put it on a grow pole so that would mean soil as I don’t think that’s possible in leca. What’s your thoughts and or suggestions?

I don’t see any reason why you cannot put her in LECA and have a moss pole. It does look like you could maybe do both with as much as you have in there!

You have water roots. Leca would be a great choice. Any new tropicals, I put in leca. But be prepared. You need the proper supplements. I’ve been using Growth Technologies products. Available thru PlantHaul. Cheaper than going thru Amazon. I have never used the wick method. I submerge the leca into the reservoir. Wavyleaf brand planters. Best planters for semi hydro. They are perfect for vacation time. There again, order direct. Way less expensive than Amazon. Last I saw anyway. And check out the Leca Queen on YouTube.

I am not getting pay from these companies by mentioning their names. It’s just from my experience.

I have placed a trellis in a leca planter. Never tried a moss pole.

In my opinion, moss poles work better in Leca. Chances of root rot are low, as with a moss pole in soil will wet/water the soil every time your moistening the moss pole. And watering is much easier due to just having to top off the water in Leca vs having to pull out the pot to water.

I have a small monstera in leca with a support pole, so I think you would be fine not moving it soil. I'm rather partial to vases with a pothos mix (golden, neon, n'joy, queen...) in water. I love the look and truly the easiest plant set ups to maintain. I have fun trimming long vines and just sticking them back into the vases!!! I do once in awhile add very, very diluted nutrients when I top off their water.

Thank you all. I’m still building up the courage to repot at all.
