This is my Dracaena I can’t tell if she’s thriving or dying. The bottom leaves are relaxing, she’s going every which way.. I know they tend to move toward the light source but I haven’t moved it. Anything helps!

I don’t see any obvious signs of it struggling or dying. This is also the dormancy period for indoor plants here in the northern hemisphere so it’s normal to not see much, if any, new growth. If you’re wanting to see more active growth, increasing the light it receives or adding a grow light would help. The leaves don’t look like they’re drooping- just relaxed, but if they start really drooping then that signals they’re experiencing a watering issue (either over or under depending on how much you let the soil dry out in between waterings) and/or a lack of humidity.

A very easy sign for me is when the leaves visibly droop and it looks sorta sad. That’s when I’ll water and the next day they’re perked right up again 😁 personally, I also don’t shy away from removing any bottom leaves that have lost their color or just sort of stay limp. In the end it’s only gonna make the plant taller and I love seeing big Dracaena’s with odd shaped stems!
