I repotted my calathea less than two months ago and the roots are coming through again! Should I repot so soon or can repotting this quickly do damage? Also new leaves are coming in, should I wait until they unfurl? Thanks!!

Those are just rouge roots coming out the pot. You won’t need to upsize again until 50% - 75% of the pot is filled out with roots. You could simply remove the plant from the pot and place right back in so those roots are tucked in with the rest of the rootball.
