the underside of my coleus plant has a weird white fuzzy something. help me identify please is it egg sacs or mold? spider mites? 😰

    I searched it up and it says it can be a sign of mealy bugs so maybe figure out what kind of pesticide will get rid of it

    Neem oil is good to use after to make sure bugs don't come back

    It kinda looks like a piece of a dried dandelion that flies around to spread its seeds. Is it by any chance an outdoor plant? Is it easy to detach it from the leaf?
