Meet Bertha, the elephant in the room, she is my absolutely MASSIVE Pink Princess Philodendron, my question is would she benefit from a plant light? i fear she might not be getting enough as a couple leafs are browning, theyre not crunchy (with the exception of one corner on a leaf) but they’re also not mushy, just, brown?? i dont *think* its over watering as i let the soil dry out almost completely between watering and don’t soak the soil, BUT it could also be over watering?? idk, any advice is appreciated (pic of bertha for attention)

    Any of the higher variegated plants need more light. You also have long internodal spacing. I would give it more light and see if your brown turn more to varigation.

      would a full spectrum light work?

      I am not a light expert....but I would at least use something that you can vary the strength. Too much will wash out the pink color. I always try for bright, indirect even in my grow light plants. I vary how far I keep my plants to find the balance it needs. Good luck!!!
