This is referred to as edema in FLF’s caused by overwatering in most cases. Dial back on the watering but when you do water water the plant throughly letting the water pool into the saucer, then dump the excess water. FLF’s don’t like seating in water. Invest in a moisture/water meter for plants online or at your local nursery or Walmart. I would also suggest following the Planta app for it’s watering schedule. When you check your plant for water use the meter or if the soul is dry in the top 2” of dirt give it water. The speckled leaves will lessen once you’ve adjusted the watering schedule. Good luck!🪴

Something else to keep in mind is that most FLF have *some* amount of edema on new growth so don’t panic if you have a little when new leaves come in.
