    It looks completely dry. bottom water. let it sit in water for 20-30 min and see if they perk up by tomorrow. take it out of the pot and check for pests first though!

    Could possibly have dry rot. I would take out of soil and check the roots. If all looks good repot and make sure it's getting water when the soil completely dries out
