Any suggestions for glow lights that would help cover all the babies in this area? I don’t want tons of little lights and I’ve been searching for the best option for a more aesthetic look.

Best option may be vertical lights. Barrina has some. They have two styles. The model with the round base is least obtrusive. The base is the only difference between the models. Black Friday deals start on the 20th. You may catch them on sale.

You will need a light fixture under each shelf and a free standing or clip on fixture for the plants on the top shelves like in the photos. Use brands like Barrina and Sansi.

I have tall floor lamps to catch the top plants and strip lighting under each shelf. I got magnetic tape to stick under the shelves and then on the back of the strip lightings as well. That’s working well for me and was a kind of easy fix for mounting.

I got plugin track lights from Amazon (black for one room, white for another). They work great! Only problem is the grow light bulbs stick out past the shades. The small bulbs aren’t bright enough for my needs.

Off topic: where did you get the Jack Skellington plant pot?

I have a similar shelf and I use thin strip lights on each cubby. I know you said you didn't want alot of little lights, but they come with 4 strips to a strand. They have a timer. I used zip ties to attach and if you get the 12 inch ones, you really don't see it. Takes a few minutes to set up but has been working well.
