Do arrowhead plants get sunburnt? Mine seem to have brown spots on the leaves where the grow light hits them most

With enough sun, almost all plants can get burnt. If you’re referring to a syngonium arrowhead, I don’t think they like super bright/direct light. I would try moving them a few inches away from the grow light. How far depends would depend on the intensity of your light, but I’d start with half the distance and then adjust from there.

If it’s a foot away, the brown spots aren’t sunburn. Grow lights need to be within a foot of the plant to be the most effective, so I suspect the brown is caused by pests or a watering issue.

They’re very moist still, possibly overwatering?

It’s probably overwatering, yeah. I’ve not owned an arrowhead plant so idk
