   It depends on the plant yo be honest. Actual white light does not offer much to plants, nor does a lot of yellow. Generally blue/red are ideal depending on the growth and type of plant. Personally I hate red or blue or blurple lights. So I always go for full spectrum leds. Lights are a really indepth dive, so dont feel bad about confusion.

   When you say led full spectrum does packaging say grow lights or is this just regular led lights ! My goodness it’s so many .. I have googled and read and pondered but I’m new to this the main thing I have many different plants but 2 are very special to me they were my grandmothers and she is no longer with me ! Corn plant and peace lily ., and I’m striving to keep them alive with everything in me !
