Could anyone bring me some guidance about if I need to propagate this plant or what I need to do with this large leaf on top? If anything that is.

    I wish I could answer your question but I have no idea what your plant is…which is why I came to say, “Very cool plant…what the heck is it?!”

    It's a euphorbia trigona. And that looks like the normal growth habit for those. If it gets topheavy you could cut and propagate or give it a support, but as long as the weight doesn't bother it, you can leave it like that and it'll branch more as it grows
