The plant in the image appears to be a **Golden Pothos** (Epipremnum aureum), also known as Devil's Ivy. It's a popular houseplant because of its attractive, variegated leaves and its ability to tolerate low-light conditions and inconsistent watering. They are also known for their air-purifying qualities. Just remember that they can be toxic to pets if ingested.

Could also be a marble if the variegation is whiter than yellow. Hard to tell.
