Yep both those are what you need. You really don't need anything more unless you want to put charcoal and pumice and worn castings in there.

1 mi piaceOhhhh, okay that makes sense! You could always use it for its intended purpose, if getting into growing from seeds is something that interests you! I grew about 8 square feet of flowers indoors over winter and planted them outside once it was warm enough and it was really fun You could also use it in a soil mix, just keep in mind that the seed starter mix is finer and lacks nutrients in comparison to regular potting mix.
