I believe gnats are usually from overwatering. I’ve previously gotten rid of by letting soil dry more before watering. Putting sticky traps up or repotting

monicai have sticky traps i hang in my greenhouse, or you can also stick them in soil. i believe they're fairly inexpensive. but they work!
