Since my plant doesn’t have many roots, should I take it out of the soil and put it in water, to start to grow roots?? Any advice appreciated! 🪴

As long as you keep the soil moist it should grow roots. Or you can put it in water. Make sure to change the water every week and a half 2 weeks. Or sooner if it needs it. You can also dip the end in root powder to help promote root growth.

Yeah, I would do water prop or perlite/sphagnum moss if you have experience using those. Either way, try to gently remove as much remaining soil as possible. I hope your plants pulls through! ☺️

still vote rinsing away that soil & water propping — since you’ve had it in soil and it looks like this now
