I rescued this spider plant from a co-worker last week. I repotted it, but noticed this root sticking out above the root ball. Should it be covered?

I don’t think it would hurt to cover it. But they’re pretty resilient

좋아요 1개It's right in the middle of the plant...it will be interesting to see if it does that!

좋아요 1개This was was left neglected by a co-worker who left and I'm trying to save it. My other spider plant died after many years and I'm hoping to bring new life to this one :-)
좋아요 1개Mine is 8 years old and is hanging on for dear life right now 😂 I’m trying my best
좋아요 1개Yeah I wouldn’t worry about it. However, I wanted to mention that the pot might be a bit large and keep the soil wet for too long. It might be fine, since these are pretty thirsty plants, but generally I try to keep the pot just a bit bigger than the roots. Here’s mine for reference ^_^
