How often do you water it? Does it have plenty of light?

One thing about monsteras the roots love too be snug and I learned a lot of pants leaves start to thrive once the roots begin to get tight

Oh wow that’s so interesting. I bought it off of Facebook marketplace in this pot and it wasn’t droopy at first. I’ll repot it! Thanks so much!

Depends on the roots which I can’t see I like to think of a 6:4-7:3 ratio of roots vs soil could give you a better idea

Hi! My Monstera’s love smaller pots. The above post is correct. Their roots love to be snug. Also try using a wooden bbq stick and stick it all the way down the soil to see if it’s dry at the bottom. Sometimes watering from the top doesn’t necessarily mean the water is getting through all the way down. Hope this helps!

I book I read recently said before you water, you should take a chop stick and poke many holes gently all over. If you don’t, the soil can become compacted and you think you have watered it a ton, water is coming out of the bottom but a lot of the soil is actually dry. If you poke holes and make airflow the water soaks all the soil. I tried it and it works really well!

i think repot in smaller pot and increase humidity with a humidifier or diffuser

It could be moving stress if you purchased it less than 3 weeks. It may not be adjusted to the environment. I agree with the previous comments. You should increase lighting/humidity and reduce the pot size to one just wide enough to fit the root ball. Check the width of the root ball. The seller could have repotted before selling it. Larger pots means higher prices. Additionally, the top of the soil is too low in the pot. The soil can take longer to dry due to decreased air circulation. Repotting will fix this. 🍀🪴
