    If you already have a lamp that you can spare you can get from amazon grow light bulbs from sansi from 9- 40 bucks depending on how much light you want or need

    I’m using a $10 full spectrum home depot grow bulb in a $6 walmart clamp light. Workng well so far. I keep the light about 4-8 inches away. Lol. Proximity makes a difference as well! I also have clip on sansi lights for $17 amazon.
