I’m very new to taking care of plants. Silly question but I bought a Zz plant because the nursery said it’s hard to kill. When I water it can I water the leaves too or just the soil? I just repotted her in a pot that has a drain hole and I watered her on my balcony until the water came out of the hole. I brought her back inside 8 feet away from the window.
Zz plants are super easy. I would say water less than you think. I would water around the dirt and let it dry out all the way before watering again. It might want more light, they like part sun or even full sun.

You can give a shower. Just don't have in direct sunlight directly after. But If she's 8ft from window should be fine
좋아요 1개 Oh interesting. My zz only thrives in either bright full sun but far from the window, or indirect but close to the window. 🤷♀️
0개 좋아요 My comment was regarding the watering the leaves in a shower. And getting direct light after. That can sometimes cause burns. Not the plant itself liking bright light.
