My grandmas palm is seeding maybe? Is there a way to collect and plant?

First, wait for them to ripen. They should change color (you can look up the exact species to know if it'll go orange, red, or black.) When they're ripe, they should fall off on thier own or be very easy to pick. Then you remove the fleshy pulp, clean the seeds, then immediately plant them. They like high humidity and warm temperatures (70-100°F). I'd recommend a seed starter tray to help keep moisture consistent
