Looking for some advice! I propped some succulents back in January of this year. I have this pot of four here that has been growing really well and is at the point where overlap will start to happen. I want to get them into their own pots at some point soon, however I’m not sure if they’re ready to be repotted yet? Will they do alright if I repot them now? Or should I wait until they’ve grown more? Please let me know :)

It is a current picture! The only reason I’m worried is my hobbit jade is pushing my kiwi to the side a bit needing some space and my other jade is shading my Clavatum from light a bit! But if you think they need a bit more time, how much time would you suggest?:) the app says wait a year to repot what do you think?

I would repot now if you want. For a couple reasons. It’s growing time for all those plants I believe. So should adjust quickly. The other reason is their roots become more intertwined the longer you leave them together. Even now they may come out of pot as one unit. Then separating may be more difficult. If possible it looks like they could all use more light. But for now the light is fine. The kiwi will color up a lot in brighter light.
좋아요 1개 Thanks for the advice! I was worried about the roots getting entangled as well. I do have them facing my only window and have them under grow lights for 12 hours a day as well. I unfortunately live in the Midwest and my window isn’t facing the ideal direction so I just don’t get enough sun to stress the colors enough! Maybe one day I can get them a brighter apartment to sit in😝
0개 좋아요 I use Sansi brand grow lights for my succulents and they are bright enough to color up the plants.
