Sad floppy snake plant :( I’ve had this snake plant for nearly 5 years. For the first few years of having it, it stood pretty upright and pretty regularly (1st photo). About 2 years ago I repotted it into a bigger pot and it stopped growing (2nd photo) Over the past 4-6 months it’s gotten gradually droopier (3rd photo) and no new growth despite consistent watering and fertilizer. I also got better grow lights recently. Any advice to help rehab this plant so she grows big and tall again? I’m sentimental since it’s the original plant that started my collection. Thanks!

My honest opinion is a smaller pot, the one I have is only in a 4’ terracotta pot. & the less water I give mine the better she grows! ☺️

Ya their roots are surprisingly shallow.

I’m wondering if it it’s turning towards the light as it appears the light is to the right of the plant in the bottom right photo. To fix it without cutting the leaves, you’d have to stake it up with a metal or plastic pole and rotate it the other way. It takes time, don’t force it back up.

“Consistent watering”? They should only be watered when soil is totally dry. And soil should be fast draining, high grit soil. Looks like overwatering. Check the root health.
