Any ideas what these things are growing out of the top of my rubber plant? Just sprouted over the past few weeks, now my plant is leaning heavily. Do I leave them be or remove? Thank you!

I think you leave them, they could be new growth.
いいね 1件your baby rubber plant is flowering! idk the specifics for this plant, but in general you should leave the inflorescence alone until it falls off on its own- if you remove it, the plant will keep spending energy on producing more flowers instead of leaves. (rubber plant owners, please correct me if i'm wrong!) hope this helps!
2件のいいねrubber plants belong to the peperomia family rather than the ficus family (rubber trees) so they have the typical inflorescence of a peperomia.
いいね 1件Ohhh good to know, thank you!
0件のいいねTrue but after the flowers do eventually fall off I cut mine back on the main stem a few inches back to encourage new growth and thicker stronger stems

0件のいいねIf you do trim your plant back, as Eden’s Garden suggested, the cuttings can be placed in water for new plants. They root very quickly.
