Hey sweet plant people! I recently just bought this white knight philodendron. I’ve never had philodendrons before and have not one CLUE how to care for them. I’m terrified of killing her. It’s recently developed this hole in its leaf, but I checked for root rot and didn’t see any. she’s in a well draining mix and everything I’ve seen says she’s hard to take care of, which worry’s me more of course, any tips you could give me I’d love you for! Thank y’all so much!

It looks like just scorching on the white portion. This is common in Albo plants. Buy some liquid silica, and use it every watering. It helps fortify their sells.

I second the silica supplement. I’ve been using it on all my tropicals. But the plant pic I don’t think is a white knight. It should have burgundy stems. I think it’s a white wizard.
I think I’m definitely gonna get that next pay check! I appreciate that advice so much! I’m trying so hard to keep her alive, and oh my goodness I think you may be righttt ima have to go googling now haha

It’s definitely sun scorching. Happened to my white wizard and birkin philos. Add silica and reduce the light just a little. Should be good!
