Can someone help me with my caladium. I got her a while ago and had to drive a good 2 hours in the car to get home. When put in my room initially she dropped a few leaves I assumed it was stress. Since then I got some grow ring lights and had her under that but even now she it still dropping leaves. I’ve just repositioned her so hoping it was a faulty grow light but maybe I’m very wrong. The new position is on the wicker basket. I live in an attic room so have two velux windows so 🤞🏻
I don’t know these plants really but I’d check for pests. It looks like there could be a little spider mite web on that top leaf of the first picture. Beautiful plant though!!
1 j'aime I thought so too so gave her a check. I think it was just a regular spider web as I couldn’t find anything else 🤞🏻

I am new to Caladiums too and was quite surprised to learn that they go dormant in the winter. I bought one a few years ago and when it looked dead I tossed it. Mine is still beautiful so only time will tell.

Needs more light. She’s reaching for it. The light is no good.
