Wiring can be done any time during the main growing season, making sure that any outdoor tree has a month or two to heal before winter. So for an indoor ficus, you can do it any time. Pay attention to wire direction at the point where trunk and branch meet, because doing that the wrong way can put too much pressure on that point. Wrap the whole thing first, then pose once the wire is on. Remember to watch new growth and remove the wires before they scar the tree (usually after about a month.) For stying, yours lends itself to a broom/hokidachi shape, but could also do windswept pretty well if you pot it at an angle. I'd suggest gently fanning the branches out and downwards. Nothing obvious needs cut, so trim entirely for your own aesthetic choices

Thank you for taking your time to respond my question. I was always passionated about bonsai and Japanese culture when i was little and now i soo happy to have a bonsai myself . I will definitely look up hokidachi shape and see and let it grow until its time for wirering. I will update the post !! I hope i will do a good job and hopefully i wont kill the bonsai 😊

Don’t cut anything yet to let the trunk thicken
