I hope someone can post on here with more knowledgeable advice. In my opinion you could cut the leaves with no fenestration to help promote better leaf growth. You can also cut the aerial roots. Be careful cutting too much because it can put your plant into shock. You can YouTube people cutting their monstera so you know where to cut.

You could redirect the aerial roots down into the pot if you prefer. I'd remove those lower leaves that are drooping. You could also very loosely tie the larger leaf stems so they stay closer to the moss pole

Remove the drooping lower leaves. adjust the moss pole to be straight up, too much winding and twisting of the stem will make the plant harder to manage. keep it facing the same direction during the day so that the leaves face the same direction- this is how they grow in the wild, and they prefer it. keep it close to a humidifier & a window. you may struggle with root rot in normal potting soil like that, i recommend a chunkier mix. it may need a repot as well. that pot looks small.
