I would water it a bit less. For my outdoors, i don't water at all, just let the rain do it's thing. The only indoor plants i have that go dormant are carnivorous or caudex. And carni's stay in a bog like situation. And the caudex i cut back on the watering to like once a month. But someone might have a better idea if it's more like a bulb type plant.
