Can anyone please tell me what might be going on with my succulent? I thought when I bought her that these dark hard spots were from past damage or overwatering at the store, but now I’m a little paranoid that it might be pests. Is this normal for succulents? Any advice would be appreciated!
looks like buildup / callouses to me. you can scrape it off and the exposed area will callous over a bit prettier. may also be mold of some kind on the bottom leaf? does it touch the soil at all?
1 mi piace Oh good! I’ve been worried. Yeah those brown spots on the bottom are where it directly touches the soil. When I found her she was swimming in water and I’ve now let her dry out.
1 mi piace the buildup on the bottom of the leaves may be mildew or mold of some kind. just scrape it off. maybe repot so it sits higher up & doesn't touch the soil. looks perfectly fine otherwise

Just checked mine and they have a few similar spots. Mine are outside. Probably physical damage.
