    Is that a limb growing off the side ? Are you talking about the brown spots ?

      Yeah the plant is quite interesting - I had found it abandoned and replanted it. It is a limb growing off the the side. Yes, I’m asking about the brown spots.

    How often do you water it ? Tap water or rainwater ?

      Maybe once a week - but with tap water, I should change to distilled/filtered right?

    Yes tap water isn't good for any plant the best is rainwater but when its unavailable use filtered you can cut off the brown tips to make it look better too how about the one hanging over the side
