NO WAY! I couldn’t understand why my Ivy wouldn’t root! I had to throw away five other clippings because they rotted and never rooted, and I had no hope that this little guy would root. More than three weeks later…

Try putting a pothos clipping in with it
2 J'aimeCame to say the same!
2 J'aimeCan I ask why? Would it help the ivy grow faster?? 🧐
0 J'aimeYes.
0 J'aimeIt acts as a root booster for your other plant
1 j'aimePersistent pays off? BTW what kind of wood is that? It’s dark. Is it walnut? Walnut is toxic to other plants. If it is varnished that could also inhibit growth.
1 j'aimeOh I dont know. But next time something doesn’t want to grow. I’ll try putting it in a cup instead of one of these test tubes.
0 J'aimeReally I had no idea putting some pothos and would help it grow! In just six months of growing plants, I have learned so much from you people and even from the AI. I do use liquid root boost hormone for all of my clippings.
