Any ideas what this stuff is? I just started noticing it & it’s only on the sides of these fiber pots (added to images).

    Those look like insect eggs, probably fungus gnats, I would scrub down the pots that are affected and then wipe them down with diluted peroxide and definitely quarantine the plant and check surrounding pots/plants

      Could I spray my bug spray on them? I will be doing that advice today

    So typical bug spray will harm your plant but if you mix up a solution with mostly water and then put in about a half a cup of peroxide and a couple drops of tea tree oil or peppermint oil if you have any and that should work, spray every 3-5 days and make sure there’s more water than chemicals to prevent chemical burn on the leaves

    Oh, then yes! That will work perfectly, gnats hate the smell of mint
