A any idea why my scindapus exotica is vining like crazy. It’s in leca and in a south facing window. 🤷🏾‍♀️

It grows fast leaving larger gaps between the leaf nodes when searching for water or more light. My photo shows the bare vines and large gaps between the leaf nodes on the newest growth points. It looks a bit yellow for that variety of scindapsus. That could be insufficient water or fertilizer. Too much or too little light can cause yellowing as well. These plants do well with east/west lighting, bright indirect. Southern lights can be too intense. 🍀🪴

Ok thanks unfortunately I don’t have east or west windows just north and south so maybe I’ll put it in the north window for a bit or move it way back

Moving it back, sheer curtains, or window film can help if you determine it’s a lighting issue.

Mine does the SAME thing in the south window. I ended up chopping her up and moving her further from the window.
