I learned something interesting today from the Doctor Planta AI. My new philodendron arrived in the mail about a week ago and immediately unfolded a new leaf. It’s always has had spots of water on the leaves which I wondered if they were an injury because they’re always at the same same places and it’s actually wet and there’s no way for it to have gotten wet. Dr. Planta says it is a natural process called. Gluttation which certain plants do like: Monteserras Philodendron Alocasias Pothos Calla lilies And grass It’s a natural way for them to release excess fluid. I thought some of you other newbies might want to know this too.
