I bought this plant from Lowe’s and it’s labeled golden pathos. But the app says it’s mini monstera. New to this houseplant hobby, so I’m not really sure. Anyone have any guidance?

That doesn't look like a pothos to me. The split leaves are a dead give away!

Mini monstera are not actual monsteras. Beyond that… I’m not sure on advice yet because I just rescued mine from a box store clearance rack. It has leaf fungus from being shoved between to many plants so I’m starting behind. This one looks beautiful! I would follow the apps directions and see how it goes.

So this is in the pothos family? I have so many different variants and none of mine ever get fenestrations! Envious!

Yes part of same family. We never get to see mature pothos but they get huge and fenestrate. This is my Golden grown on moss pole. Was trying to get it to fenestrate. Top leaf is 18inches.

    1000% not a golden pothos, 1000% a mini monstera

Is this what you call “mini monstera” This is a Rhaphidophora Tetrasperma. It’s not even a monstera. Unfortunately this is not the plant the poster is asking.
