Fungus???? Got this melo a few weeks ago. It’s in well draining mix at 70% humidity. It’s getting these yellow spots on the leaves that seem to eat through the tissue, and it’s got these black spots spreading on the stem. I’ve treated with fungicide but it didn’t seem to work? Any help would be appreciated. The roots look fine so I don’t think it’s over watered. The leaves are drooping and curling but feel firm with no mushiness. None of the spots are soft or mushy.

this is thrips!!!! those dots on the undersides of the leaves are their poop. wipe down with rubbing alcohol and treat with neem oil every 3-4 days until you don't see any returning. you can also use fly traps or sticky traps around your plants to help prevent infestations like this

Thanks! I thought it was leftover soil from when I repotted it! I spray it down weekly with insectasidal soap but I haven’t tried rubbing alcohol yet.

Ordered some systemic granules! I’m gonna toss the old soil and attack the hell out of all the plants anywhere near this one. Thank you!!!
