   Maybe put this on hoya hoarders and someone who had the same thing on their hoya kerrii variegata could help you.

   I'm not 100%. You might spritz down with 1 part peroxide 3 part water. Just to be safe though

     I don’t have a spray bottle do you know if I can just wipe it down ?

     Should be fine to wipe on too. I'd just get the cloth/towel dripping with it.
