    staghorn fern! my friend has these mounted on planks under a grow light and they do SO beautifully

    Omg so jealous it’s mounted! I was looking at them at Lowe’s mounted but I skipped out. Maybe I can try to figure out how to do it 🤣 I have another grow light delivering today!! Eeee! excited ! Such a beautiful plant!

      its pretty easy to do even though it looks intimidating! It’s just sphag moss and fishing line and some screws. Mara on this app has a knack for mounting epiphytes — i bet if you scrolled back far enough you might find a post — i wish you could tag people. Fingers crossed she sees this

    Wowza!!! That’s a big one 🤩 Eatyacarbs pretty much covered it. I still have mine potted, cause mounting it has been on my to-do list for probably over a year by now 🤪 While yours is in a pot, they like to dry out between watering. And I don’t think they like getting water on the leaves. They’re not as fussy about that as African violets, but generally textured leaves hold water droplets, which can cause damage
