I love a good winter with lots of snow, but I'm way too pumped for this coming spring! So what are y'all most excited for next season? I'll go first: I buy those herb containers at the store (basil, rosemary, sage, and chives), but only really use a couple leaves before the rest turn brown. It's about time I have my own herb garden!

Herbs are hard, the only ones I can get to live are outside.

I've decided to grow them from seeds so that they can acclimate to my indoor conditions 🤞

I am excited for a lot of plants. My friend made us all make 2025 bingo cards, and my big two are to tissue culture at least 25 plants, and prop 1000 props. I'm excited for my variegated stingray to corm. I'm excited to see if my Carrion plant flowers, cuz i must smell that smell!! I'm excited to see how this family of dead lookers are gonna do, as well as the seeds I bought. Im excited to see if my Kunzo import gets any more good leaves. Im excited to see if i get any Anthurium inflo, so i can try pollinating Anthuriumfor the first time......

Luckily? I'm still unemployed after being injured, so I have a lot of time on my hands 😆 🤣

I’m pumped for stepping up my outdoor game, I want to get some herbs too and more perennial flowers. Also want to try out begonias for the first time and possibly my first hoya!

I’m sorry to say that my begonia’s go with the first frost since I live in the Pacific Northwest… boo-hoo…😂… (But there’s always next spring…🤗!)

For more space. So much comes inside to keep annuals alive. It's stressful. Optimizing light is a near constant chore some winters, especially this one trying to save money. Also restarting the garden bed is always fun. Got a bag of red sunflower seeds, and those are the next goal and the most exciting part.

Come spring, I’m back in the nursery, looking for plants to fill various pots on my deck. I just love the color, the variety, and just the effusion of beauty that my pots bring to our home. Love it, love it, love it! (Maybe you can tell I get a bit excited about spring… 🤗!)
