Hello plant parents I have this dragon tree for about a month and half now and its looking good with new growth but its leaves at the bottom are drying and shedding. Is this normal?

Yes, normal for bottom leaves to drop. Check new growth health from the top/middle!

yes, normal senescence as the plant ages/grows.
