Think I just found my next plant!!! Alocasia Cuprea ‘Red Secret’ (mirror plant) it’s on Amazon for $15 from Mitovi LLC, is what it says the seller is!? Anyone have one? Anyone deal with this seller before!? Thanks in advance for any advice…
Is this a red flag!?
Big red flag unless it’s a brand new posting. See what other items that seller has on Amazon and what the reviews look like for those too. I’d recommend trying to find somewhere you can buy one that you can see before you purchase to ensure you don’t get some knock off plant or a dead/dying one.

Feels scam to me. It's too good of a price
좋아요 1개 I just got 2 in a single pot from Publix for 29.99, it’s been very easy so far with its new leaves starting to unfurl today. Definitely needs 40%-60% humidity to keep the leaves healthy. I don’t have room on my plant shelf for anything taller than like 10” so he sits on the floor with all my monstera and enjoys the window light, a vertical grow light, and then whatever light gets to him from the 5 other grow lights in the vacinity. These darker leaves can handle a little less light than some alocasia though as the chlorophyll is a little more dense.
I would say Amazon is not the most reliable source last time I ordered from them all of my plants came destroyed and rotten (mostly because of the shipping company no hate to the seller) I would suggest buying from a local greenhouse or nursery .. I agree no reviews is a giant red flag
