If I get flowers from someone am I able to repot them and make them grow roots? I’m a very beginner in the plant world lol

    I don’t think so. The stem would need to have a node on it and flower stems typically do not (note how they are usually smooth). If the flower stem has leaves and at least one node, then it might root for you.
