Hello. I’ve never owned a peperomia before and this one is sick after only 2 weeks! It was perky when I brought it home but it’s drooping more and more each day. I saw a tiny little web on it. I am about to treat with neem oil but thought I’d better check with the community first. Another thing: I don’t think she’s draining well-either soil composition or pot she’s in or both-so i wanted to repot her but worried about the stress. Now these webs…not sure what to do. Any help appreciated.

I have a Chinese money plant that has had similar issues in the past my best bet is to treat for pests and make sure it’s in the propper soil these plants in my experience love throwing fits and stuff I’d probably also look at how much light it’s getting same with humidity in combination it should help also keep in mind plants need time to adjust to their need environments so it could be just acclimating to your environment which is why I suggest looking over anything you can control

Do you think I should repot with different soil right now or wait and see how neem oil and brighter light goes first?

It appears to be a watering issue so yeah I would let it dry out maybe repot and change how you water it I’d recommend a bottom water for about 20-30 minutes that should help unfortunately the damaged leaves will most likely fall off within the coming week
