Hey! I hope one or more of these possibilities may help. Brown spots on the underside of your baby rubber plant's leaves could indicate several issues, such as: Overwatering- Excess moisture can lead to root rot and affect the leaves. Underwatering- If the plant is too dry, it may develop brown spots. Pests- Check for signs of spider mites, gnats, or other pests. Fungal infections- This could also lead to discoloration.
1 mi piaceI have been very busy so it could be under watering. I haven't seen any signs of pest. If it's fungal what would you do?

1 mi piaceYou can use a commercial fungicide or make a homemade solution with baking soda and water. You can also use natural remedies like neem oil or garlic spray as natural fungicides.

1 mi piaceNo problem! I hope your plant’s health improves.
1 mi piacethe other reply looks a lot like chatgpt LOL. But to me it looks fungal, as underwatering will typically start at the tips or edges of the leaves and slowly brown the whole leaf. find fungicidal sprays to use regularly, but right now use some diluted hydrogen peroxide to clean the fungus off of all of the leaves (even unaffected ones!) and wait to see if anything else happens.
