Does anybody here use moss poles for their plants to root into? If so, how do you input it into Planta? I have multiple plants growing up moss poles, and rooting into them. I’ve input them the same way I would any other plant, but was curious if anyone out there has input/suggestions? Thanks!

I have poles that I also need to regularly water, to be honest I just feel them, if they make noise when I squeeze it’s time to water. But when I had thought about inputting in planta it seemed pretty clear that, currently, the only way to do that is to make a separate “plant” for your moss pole, then go into custom watering schedule and switch to whatever it is for you.. 3-4days maybe? So you’d have a plant list like Ring of Fire Holy Poley Ring of Fire Monstera Deliciosa Holy Poley Monstera Deliciosa Hope that helps

That’s brilliant! Thank you so much. I tend to be a bit of a helicopter plant parent, so I check my moss poles daily and rely less on the recommended watering schedule from Planta for those. But I will definitely start doing this for some!

Haha being a helicopter parent is the reason I don’t put them in 😆

I don’t have a separate listing for the pole and pot, but set custom watering schedules for all my poles every 2-3 days. Would love if they’d make it an option for “pot type”
