I would put it in a terra cotta pot. I never have much luck with plastic pots.

How long have you had it? It looks like it had damaged leaves on the first day. It could be overwatered. It could be cold temperature damage when you brought it home.

also for some reason the pictures keep going out of order but the "first day home" pic is whichever one has the potting soil bag in the background 😭

It looks like overwatering existed from the previous owner based on the first day picture. It did not improve with your watering schedule. It could the root ball is too small for the pot. The plant can’t use all the water in the soil because there is too much soil and too frequent watering. I recommend checking the size of the root ball compared to the volume of soil. Reduce the pot size and use fresh dry soil if the amount of soil looks excessive or the roots look like they are overwhelmed by the pot. Keep the same pot and replace with fresh dry potting mix if there is about 1/2 inch gap or less between the root ball and the inner pot. Consider adding more perlite to increase drainage. Let the soil dry out more before watering. Additionally, ensure the lighting is sufficient and is available for at least 8 hours a day. Good luck 🍀🪴

You can try using the orchid bark. It improves drainage.

What kind of water are you using? I highly recommend using distilled or rain water. The only filter you can use is the Zero water filter. Tap water is not good for most plants because it contains chemicals that will kill it. I have found that clean water has eliminated any dry tips on my plants too. 😊
