My jade plant has three stems. I bought it as one plant in one pot. Should I leave it as is, or repot three plants individually?

It depends on if you prefer a bigger bushier plant, or multiple individual plants. I like to keep my jade plants in a single pot, where it looks like a little bush. But if you want more individual jade plants than go for it!
3 J'aimeAnd this is my 30 year old. He was a cutting from my grandmother’s 60+ jade plant that she gifted to my mom. It’s sadly been accidentally knocked over twice by my dad and reduced to this branch, but he’s very hardy, and still has a lot of new growth every summer. I think you’d find success with either option, especially if you’ve found a spot your jade seems to like and it has enough room to put them into separate pots together.

Jades can live forever and if you do keep them together, can grow a lot in the summer and can be trimmed and form a bunch of separate plants. My aunt prunes my grandmother’s every year and gives the cuttings to me and my cousins. My 30 year old was a cutting gifted to my mom when she got her own house so a piece of her mom’s home would be in hers, and she did the same for the rest of her daughters. Not to get too sappy about a succulent, but they can become a really cool family heirloom (and free gift maker 👀) in time.
