I resisted this at first because it seems cruel, but ultimately I had to do it because I also have so many. You can get these on Amazon. They aren’t expensive.. just be careful not to stick another Plants leaf to it because it’ll tear off a leaf.

Also try bottom watering your plants. That’ll help keep the top of the soil dry so it’s not a good environment for them to live/reproduce.

I use mosquito bits. It takes a bit and you have to be consistent but that and the sticky traps works.

This is a good plan crushed up mosquito bites in the soil and sticky traps.

1 part peroxide 3 parts water. Kills them instantly and larvae too. Won’t hurt your plant. I have used it on my plants.

These are probably fungus gnats and they breed in the top couple inches of soil that remains moist. Make sure you dry down your plant between waterings.

I have not had fungus gnats since I starting using mosquito bits. I use them with every single watering and I have over 200 indoor plants. Kills the larvae so you don’t even have to deal with the adults!

I understand the yellow traps are very effective. I’d say get a couple of carnivorous plants. They’d love those pest
