    It looks like it might be a regular web. Are there other webs on the plant? If there are then it could be spider mites. You would be able to see the spider mites and there would be Webbie's all over the plant.

    If it is spider mites, wipe it down with neem oil or spray it with rubbing alcohol. Keep it out of the light until dry and quarantine until you eradicate them.

    If it is spider mites you’ll see a significant decrease in your plants health. By the time you can webs in a spider mite infestation they’ve been sucking the sap out of your plant for a while. Good luck! I hope it isn’t the worst

    Def treat for spider mites. I’d spray with diluted neem or keep it simple and spray with 70% isopropyl when the lights are off. Let it dry. Repeat as needed.
