   Looks to be an echeveria topsy turvy. Mine has been very prolific with sending out pups. I have used them in several displays with other succulents plus I have a square planter going that just has several of these topsy turvy in it. My plan is to just let it fill up with more pups. To propagate, cut off the pups from main plant and plant into good succulent soil. They usually will have a good start on their root system.
